The Pork Crackle
Tumbi Meats is the butcher we grew up going to. Long before any of this.
Early this year they became a customer of ours as well, and started stocking Chooki's on their own shelves.
Then they put our chicken salt on their pork crackle. We trialled it, and it was good enough that we decided everybody else should be able to get it too.
It is still made by the same butcher, the same way. Real pork rind rather than something out of a factory. Seasoned with the same chicken salt you already have in the cupboard. Each one is matched to its own salt, so the flavour on the front of the pack is the flavour that went into it.
Gluten not detected, made in Australia, and honestly the sort of thing that does not survive the drive home.
The Hot Sauce
Jibba's are a hot sauce outfit down in Busselton, Western Australia. They came on board early this year and started putting Chooki's on their shelves, right next to their own sauces.
Their sauce ended up in the Father's Day box for a fairly unglamorous reason. Our warehouse crew will not stop eating it. It goes on everything, all year round, and at some point it stopped being a coincidence that we kept ordering more of it.
What makes it work in a gift is that none of it is punishing. There is real heat in there, but you do not have to be a chilli head to get through a bottle, which matters when you are buying it for somebody else.
Real chilli, garlic and onion rather than a list you need to look up. Vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and no preservatives.
If it can survive a warehouse full of people who taste chicken salt for a living, it will be fine on your dad's eggs.

They actually got my order wrong
I ordered 2 of each of chicken salt , vinegar , chilli ... and they sent me a zest too... so that's a bonus.
I like the vinegar... adds the taste without making the chips soggy

For weeks I've been driving home from work, passing several fish & chip shops along the way, smelling that greasy goodness, tellin' the missus we need to pick some up soon!
Well, the weekend came and it was on, fish and chips on the menu!
The missus places the order, the lady says,
"You want chicken salt?"
The missus says, "No thank you". Shocked the lady goes,
"Ohhhhhhhhhh......no chicken salt!!??"
"No, no salt whatsoever", says the missus and the response,
"Ohhhhhhhhhh.......Ok!"
Little did she know we were secretly stocked with Chooki's salty magic.
Original for the chips, Zest for the scallop, Vinegar for the battered cod and Chilli for whatever remained untouched!
The best damned fish and chips we've ever had. Thank you Chooki's for bringing the salty magic to our table!

My wifey found this on TikTok , bag chicken. She pulls the chicken out, strips it and pulls the meat to bits, puts the meat back in the bag adds salad, rice, some soy, maggi and some teriyaki sauce, gives the bag one hell of a shake then drops it out into a dish for easier serving. I added some Chooki's Zest salt, for me tonight, I'll try another tomorrow night, this salt is the bomb, just love the flavour, I know it looked a lot in the video but it made the Bag Chicken delish !!

Couldn’t wait to try it so we got some local fish n chips no salt to give them all a go. We got the pack of all flavours my fav is the chilli chicken Johns was the zesty. Tried all 3 and they definitely made it taste ever better. We use it on everything now.
