Ordering
What is the minimum order?
24 bottles, and you can only buy in multiples of 24: 24, 48, 72 and so on. That goes for every order, first or reorder. Mix the flavours any way you like. In the trade store each flavour goes up in sixes.
What do I pay?
$6 a bottle, GST free. The suggested shelf price is $10, and you set your own.
What is the starter bundle, and why start with it?
20 bottles to sell, 4 Try Me bottles and 2 posters, for $120 plus your share of freight. Each shop can have it once.
We find that when customers try it, they instantly want to buy it. That is why four of the bottles are Try Me bottles, one of each flavour, for your customers to taste at the counter.
Do I have to take the starter bundle?
No. You can order any 24 bottles instead, or any multiple of 24, with the flavours mixed in sixes.
What does freight cost?
We get quotes from AusPost and Direct Freight and use the cheaper one. You pay 70 per cent and we cover the rest. On a box of 24 your share is usually about $17, and you see the exact figure at checkout.
How do I pay?
Your first five orders are paid when you order, by card or bank transfer. After that, invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date.
Delivery and stock
How fast does it arrive?
Your order leaves the next business day after it's paid. After it's sent, half of our trade orders arrive within four days and nine in ten within a week.
What if a bottle arrives broken?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we replace it.
Can I send back stock that doesn't sell?
No, which is why the first box is small.
How long does it keep, and where do I store it?
Two years, for all four flavours. The best before is printed on every bottle. Keep unopened bottles on a normal shelf, cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.
The product and your account
Is it vegan? Gluten free?
All four flavours are vegan, gluten free and made in Australia. There's no chicken in it. Chicken salt is a seasoning.
Does it come in custom packaging?
No. It's just the jars on your shelf. We're looking to develop that in the future.
Will my shop go on your stockist map?
Yes, unless you tick the box on the form. Shoppers use the map to find a shop near them.
Who will I deal with?
Our team looks after your account and answers your emails. Reorders happen in the trade store any time you like.
